Admin Assistant / Social Media / Receptionist

Position: Office Manager / Social Media & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile individual to join our team and support three affiliated companies: Creekside Custom Homes, Baird/Williams Construction (BWC), and Woodridge Development. This part-time position blends office management, social media, reception, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Office Management

  • Front Desk Operations – Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and manage the company’s main phone and email inbox professionally.

  • Administrative Support – Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.

  • Office Coordination – Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with ordering office supplies or coordinating deliveries.

  • Hospitality – Greet clients, vendors, and guests and ensure hospitality supplies are maintained in the conference rooms.

  • Customer Service – Provide information to clients, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive first impression of the company.

  • Communication Management – Distribute mail, route messages to appropriate staff, and maintain internal communication logs or calendars.


Social Media & Marketing Support

  • Content Curation – Develop and post engaging content across company social media platforms using existing photo libraries and occasional new photography.

  • Brand Consistency – Ensure all posts align with company branding, tone, and visual standards across Creekside Custom Homes, Baird Williams Construction, and Woodridge Development.

  • Scheduling & Management – Plan and maintain a regular posting schedule to keep accounts active and consistent.

  • Engagement & Analytics – Monitor comments, messages, and engagement metrics to help grow audience reach and community interaction.

  • Collaboration & Coordination – Work with leadership and project teams to gather new photos, highlight ongoing projects, and promote company milestones or announcements.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, reception, or related roles (preferred).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability.

  • Professional, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience in construction, development, or real estate industries a plus but not required.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Part-time, flexible schedule averaging 25–30 hours per week.
