Our team’s roots in construction run deep—dating back to 1984, when we founded the commercial division of our company, Baird Williams Construction (BWC). Today, BWC continues to thrive under our leadership. In 2020, we saw an opportunity to help families navigate the custom homebuilding process with confidence, and Creekside Custom Homes was born as a sister company to BWC. Our decades of commercial expertise and passion for creating beautiful, inviting spaces are why clients trust us to bring their vision to life—on time and on budget.

Two members of Creekside’s ownership team, siblings Britt Williams and Kelly Jane Thomas, proudly continue the legacy begun by their father, who founded Baird Williams Construction (BWC) in 1984. For them, it is both a privilege and a point of pride to carry forward the values and dedication they witnessed in him throughout their lives.

Construction has always been part of Britt and Kelly’s story. Growing up, there were always blueprints spread across the kitchen table, sparking their early appreciation for design and craftsmanship. From a young age, they learned to read plans, visualize spaces, and understand what it takes to build something lasting.
